Astra has surpassed stiff competition to be shortlisted for two awards in the 2008 Financial Innovation Awards:

• Most Innovative Application of Technology
• Most promising initiative – building societies

The awards are for financial services organisations that have demonstrated excellence in one of the award categories.  Since Astra’s launch the demand from distributors for mortgage products via our Point of Sale Decision (PoS-D) system has been overwhelming.  Our PoS-D system has been so popular that in a recent survey of over 100 top brokers 98.1% of brokers surveyed who had used the system stated they were happy to use PoS-D and rated the system as very good or better.
