GOOD NEWS FROM ASTRA

Please be aware that for any application received from 1st October 2008 onwards we shall no longer require a Mortgage Fees Cancellation Form.  The requirements of that form are withdrawn from that date onwards.

Astra have been reviewing their fees and charges and to offer brokers a bit of additional support in this time of uncertainty we have decided to withdraw the cancellation fee of £100 that was payable if the mortgage was cancelled following a Mortgage Offer or the mortgage was not completed within the time period set out in the Mortgage Offer.
