The illustration provided does not include costs for term assurance, buildings or contents insurance or investment plans. Other fees such as valuation and legal fees may also have to be paid. To calculate the monthly payments simply click on the relevant button below and enter the required information.

Important note: The Affordability Calculator was last updated on 09-09-08 and the Adverse Credit Calculator was last updated on 27-03-08. Please replace previous versions you have saved to your desk tops with the new versions.

You must provide a print out of the completed Affordability Calculator with every application you submit - not required if you submit an application using POS-D.
